Read the rules carefully before using Ad-Stars Web Advertising Service.

  1. Sites of different topics and authority are allowed for placement in the advertising network, except for sites that do not comply with local legislation. The first condition is the honesty of cooperation.
  2. If any inconsistency is found, the account and the current balance shall be blocked in full without the possibility of appeal.
  3. It is not permissible to use fraud systems, script modifications, click fraud, mass clicks, CAP traffic or similar methods.
  4. In the case of suspected violation of the established rules of the service, it is necessary to provide guest access to detailed external statistics. The absence of a reasoned response within three calendar days leads to the blocking of the account and the current balance.
  5. The partnership can be terminated with a refund to advertisers as a result of extremely low traffic and zero revenue.
  6. The cost of traffic can reduce if there are significant differences in the conversion of the traffic supplied by the webmaster from the average values of the system. If the conversion is close to zero, it can be recognized as a fraud.
  7. When a referral account is blocked, the bonus received for its activity by the manager account shall be deducted from the current balance of the manager account.
  8. The appeal of a contested matter takes place within thirty calendar days from the date of the precedent. The decision shall not be reviewed after the expiry of the period.
  9. Ad-Stars Web Advertising Service reserves the right to terminate cooperation unilaterally, subject to prior notification of the partner within three calendar days.
  10. The traffic redemption rate system can be changed with three calendar days' advance notice unilaterally.
  11. Server inaccessibility and errors, and data loss for technical reasons is not the responsibility of Ad-Stars Web Advertising Service.
  12. A Partner cannot be a Referral for himself.
  13. Installing the system code via Iframe is strictly forbidden.
  14. If the account of the webmaster or advertiser is not active over the past two years, the funds shall be set to zero.

  1. It is prohibited to advertise Internet resources that do not comply with local legislation.
  2. If any inconsistency is found, the account and the current balance shall be blocked in full without the possibility of appeal.
  3. Platforms with erotic content are allowed for advertising with “18+ Materials” subtype selected when configuring an advertising campaign.
  4. It is not permissible to redirect traffic:
    • directly to files and downloading files in any form
    • free software updates
    • through resources that prevent users from surfing (lock-out, multiple redirects, backunder)
    • resources blocked by browsers and antiviruses
  5. When a referral account is blocked, the bonus received for its activity by the manager account shall be deducted from the current balance of the manager account. If the blocking of the referral account is deactivated, the activity bonus is returned to the current balance of the manager account.
  6. The appeal of a contested matter takes place within thirty calendar days from the date of the precedent. The decision shall not be reviewed after the expiry of the period.

  8. When replenishing the balance via PayPal or plastic cards, the account may be suspended to verify the payer.
  9. Server inaccessibility and errors, and data loss for technical reasons is not the responsibility of Ad-Stars Web Advertising Service.
  10. Ad-Stars does not provide financial services and credit.
  11. The traffic and advertising costs are calculated solely based on Popunder Cabinet statistics. Accounting for outgoing traffic and advertising costs is taken into account exclusively from the statistics of the Ad-Stars system.
  12. A Partner cannot be a Referral for himself.
  13. If the account of the webmaster or advertiser is not active over the past two years, the funds shall be set to zero.
